Eagles News · Basketball falls in Heartbreakers over the weekend

Both Girls and Boys basketball lost in very tight match-ups over the weekend.  Girls hosted N. Vermillion on Saturday and fell 50-52 on a final shot with under 3 seconds.  N. Vermillion could be an opponent in the post season in Sectional 53 in February.  Girls are now 5-3 and have 2 Freshman games this week before facing Clinton Central this Saturday.

Argo – 10 pts; 7 rbds; 6 asts; 3 stls; 5 defls
E. Bolton – 7 pts; 2 asts; 2stl; 2 defls
Boys Traveled to Pioneer on Saturday evening and fell to the Panthers 31-35.  The game was within one basket until the final minute of play.  The Boys have a long break until they host Central Christian on Friday 1/22.
