Girls Basketball falls short against the Trojans

Girls Basketball faced off against the Trojans of West Central last night, falling just short of the win.  Faith was down 1 with 1:20 to play and it became a free-throw contest the rest of the way as both teams were in the double bonus.   Girls Basketball is now 5-6 on the season with Traders

Wrestling Goes 3-1 at the TC Duels

Girls Basketball falls to Clinton Central

Last night girls basketball traveled to Clinton Central for what could be an eventual section 53 match-up.  The Bulldogs proved to be too much for the Eagles.  FCS shot only 5-53 from the field for a final score of 17-55.  Girls are back in action Monday at Tri Central.

Holder signs with Taylor University to Play Soccer

Senior Maddie Holder is going to to play soccer in college for Taylor University, Upland, IN.  Maddie was a senior captain who set the pace for a record setting campaign in the fall of 2020. The senior class of 2021 graduates with the most career wins in program history.  Maddie’s career stats are as follows:

Eagles Fly in Shutout over Frontier

It was a dominant night for FCS Wrestling.  Frontier failed to score a point with the final score 67-0.  Yang, Barton, Ewing, S. Robinson, Smart all had pins.  T. Robinson won in overtime while wrestling his third Semi-State Qualifier in 2 days.  Next up for the eagles is the Tri-County tournament this Saturday. Faith 67

Basketball falls in Heartbreakers over the weekend

Both Girls and Boys basketball lost in very tight match-ups over the weekend.  Girls hosted N. Vermillion on Saturday and fell 50-52 on a final shot with under 3 seconds.  N. Vermillion could be an opponent in the post season in Sectional 53 in February.  Girls are now 5-3 and have 2 Freshman games this

Wrestling falls to Seeger in Thursday match-up

FCS Falls to Lafayette Jeff in Holiday Matchup

For the first time in a very long time FCS faced off against 4A powerhouse Lafayette Jeff on Monday.  The final score was 103-52 in favor of the Bronchos.  Barnhizer lead the way in scoring for Jeff with 40 and Norton led the way for the Eagles with 13, and Krintz chipped in with 11.
